RASI’s Menu Engineering Graphs and Reports show my team how to effectively price our menu items. The managers know where they stand with costs and what trends impact our business.

RASI’s services keep all 11 of our businesses aligned and consistent on Inventory and Ordering practices and cost accountability. We have great leverage with our vendors due to the RASI Interface; we can review and print reports detailing the business we do with vendors. RASI advocates for us and helps strengthen our Buying Position through their Purchasing Program. They have provided us with proof of our consolidated leverage to negotiate the best prices and deals.

RASI developed financial acumen and accountability team and build leadership in my organization. They are stronger, better, more focused leaders due in large part to RASI’s ongoing Training and Support. RASI provides excellent developmental tools and training which gives me the time I need to oversee my company, instead of having to micromanage all day-to-day operational tasks.

I oversee 11 units; the only way I’m able to do my job as COO is to use the tools, Reporting, Accounting, and Financial Services, and Support Team that RASI offers me.

RASI integrates with our POS so I can review my financials and relevant reporting rather than spend time on administrative work. Their polling tools save my team hours with payroll, sales reconciliation, and general daily accounting. Additionally, RASI’s reports generate automatically, allowing me to evaluate our sales data rather than create it.

As some background, before using RASI, our daily but necessary chores of running a restaurant were a pain. These tasks included manual spreadsheets for payroll, AP, inventory – everything! Plus, we were working off of monthly financials, which put us too far back to see what was happening in real-time.

Now, RASI integrates into everything we do! How a QSR Restaurant Optimized Their Operations With RASI

We had weekly financials before starting with RASI, but then they always had to be entered with multiple reports and tracking tools and which then had to be pieced together – the manual process was a time suck, waste of talent and money. We usually had to wait for 3 weeks after the months end to get accurate financial reports. So to be able to have accurate and timely financials that we can trust is great!

The breakdown of weekly financial statements makes it possible for us to pinpoint focus on areas of opportunity we can directly impact our operations immediately. I rely on weekly financial reporting to create solutions for increasing profit. This allows me to be proactive instead of waiting to see how we did after the month is already over. From a developmental standpoint, RASI has been extremely educational, giving me a deep understanding of every aspect of managing a restaurant.

How a Franchise Restaurant Saved 25+ Hours a Week With RASI

We’ve quickly realized the value of the Weekly Accounting Service that RASI provides. We used to understand very little about budgets, we based Cash Flow Position on bank balances, and we looked at P&L’s only on an annual basis; we realized we had a great deal to learn.

We realized we had a need to learn how to handle our business from a financial perspective and RASI helped us get to where we are. With RASI we have more immediate control and understanding of our financial position, and understand how important it is to see Financial Statements on a weekly basis, while having our Accountings Services consolidated into one platform. Not having to use 3 different contracted services through a local CPA is better for our franchisees both organizationally and cost-wise.

We appreciate the value RASI adds for their clients as they grow and change. The real value is that operators can get as deeply knowledgeable of Accounting and Financial principles as they are willing to become. Our team has benefitted from becoming well versed on what RASI offers. We have also benefited from taking the RASI Training piecemeal, learning at our pace and the varying levels of experience as our staff has grown and developed staff over the years.
